Pricing, Cancellation & Refunds

1. What we sell
Detox AI sells one digital product: Detox AI Premium, inside the Detox AI Android app, either as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly, 8 months or yearly) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase (Google Play, package com.detoxai). There are no physical goods, no shipping and no third-party products. The Detox AI app itself is free to download and use.
The app also offers optional one-time donations. A donation is a gift to support development and unlocks nothing.

Free trial: a new subscriber can start with a 7-day free trial, once per Google account, run by Google Play. You are not charged if you cancel before the 7 days end; after that the plan you chose renews at its price until you cancel. Lifetime is a single payment and has no trial.
Prices outside India are set per country in Google Play and may be shown in your local currency. The exact price, including any taxes, is always shown on the Google Play purchase screen before you confirm.
4. How payment works
All payments are made through Google Play Billing inside the app. Google charges your Google Play payment method and handles the transaction. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details, and we do not sell anything through this website.
5. Renewal and cancellation
- Lifetime is a single payment. It never renews and there is nothing to cancel.
- Subscriptions (monthly, 8 months, annual) renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Cancel any time in the Google Play Store app: profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Detox AI → Cancel subscription.
- After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
6. Refunds
- Within 48 hours of a payment you can request a refund from Google Play: Play Store app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → choose the order → Request a refund. Refunds are decided and paid by Google Play under the Google Play refund policy.
- After 48 hours, payments are not refunded — not for a subscription period that has started, and not for Lifetime. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
- Free trial: cancel before the 7 days end and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, that right still applies, and this policy does not take it away.
- Charged twice or by mistake? Email support@detoxing.ai with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).
7. Who sells Detox AI
Detox AI is developed and sold by Sathish Banoth, an individual developer based in Mahabubabad, Telangana, India (Google Play developer name: Detox AI).
